DATE & TIME FOR REGISTRATION
You can register here today for the ride of the year! CCR '24 will be hosted at Black Fox Elementary School on Saturday, September 7th. 100 Mile pre-registration and check in is at 6:30 am. Day of registration begins at 7:15 am for 100 KM and 8:15 am for 50 and 25 KM. 100 Mile ride begins at 7 am. 100 KM ride begins at 8 am. 50 KM and 25 KM begin at 9 am. Registration prices will increase to $50 on 5/1/2024, $75 on 8/1/2024 and $100 to register the day of the event.
100 Mile route participants must be 18 years or older and have turn by turn direction capabilities. It is strongly recommended to bring lights and wear reflective clothing. Sunrise is at 7:17 am
The Hungry Hippie will be serving lunch after the ride. Sign up by Friday, August 30th for a meal included.
Online event registration will be available until Tuesday, September 4th at midnight.
Walk-up registration the day of will be available beginning at 6:30 am.
Event shirts are guaranteed to all cyclists who register by August 9th 2024.

As with everything in the virtual world of today, we request you register on-line, so we can have everything ready to confirm each rider's participation during the registration. Register by August 9 to ensure you receive a t-shirt.
“Due to the upfront nature of event costs, we have a uniform policy of no refunds, transfers to another runner or to a different distance, or deferrals to a future year. We know that plans change and unexpected things come up, but we feel it is most fair to apply a uniform policy to all, instead of an arbitrary line of who merits a refund and who doesn't. Thank you for understanding.

Aid stations are at the following distances:
25 km route aid station is at the 10 mile mark.
50 km route aid station is at the 18 mile mark.
100 km route aid stations are at the 18 and 44 mile mark.
100 mile route aid stations are at the 18 and 85 mile marks. We are working on a stop at the 63 mile mark. Also, there are a few gas stations along the route.
